专利说明:
Technical area The present invention relates to the field of watchmaking. It relates, more particularly, to a timepiece comprising a frame defining a reference plane and a three-dimensional representation of a flower formed by a plurality of petals, respectively movable in a plane not parallel to the reference plane, between a first position. extreme in which the flower is closed and a second extreme position in which the flower is open. State of the art [0002] Timepieces are known that include representations of flowers that can be animated. For example, the piece "Margot" by Christophe Claret® brand, offers a two-dimensional representation of a daisy on its dial, whose petals can retract, as if they were stripped. Such a mechanism, particularly complex, is designed to integrate optimally in the movement of the watch, making its design even more delicate. For a flower shown in three dimensions, the constraints related to the size make it even more necessary a total integration of the movement and the elements constituting the flower, otherwise the timepiece resulting therefrom would have a thickness making it difficult to wear, except to propose a flower whose small dimensions would make it unattractive. The present invention aims to provide a construction for having a watch with a three-dimensional representation of an animated flower, while simplifying the construction of the movement, without prejudice to the thickness of the watch obtained. Disclosure of the invention More specifically, the invention relates to a timepiece as proposed in the claims. Brief description of the drawings Other details of the invention will appear more clearly on reading the description which follows, made with reference to the accompanying drawing in which:<tb> fig. 1 <SEP> is a perspective view of a three-dimensional representation of a flower implemented in the invention, in the closed position, and<tb> fig. 2 <SEP> is a perspective view in section, of an embodiment of the timepiece according to the invention, the three-dimensional representation of the flower being in the open position. Embodiment of the invention The invention relates to a timepiece comprising a frame 10 defining a reference plane and a first source of energy. Within the meaning of the present invention, the timepiece according to the invention is an autonomous assembly, comprising its frame 10 and its energy source. In this case, and according to one aspect of the invention, this timepiece does not have a time base, nor time display means. Also, it is intended to be assembled in a modular way to a basic movement comprising a time base and a second source of clean energy supplying the time base. Advantageously, the basic movement comprises means for displaying the current time, the drive of which is regulated by the time base. As can be seen in the figures, the timepiece according to the invention also comprises a three-dimensional representation of a flower 12 formed by a plurality of petals 14, respectively movable in a plane not parallel to the reference plane between a first end position in which the flower 12 is closed (Fig. 1) and a second end position in which the flower 12 is open (Fig. 2). Thus, despite the implementation of a flower 12 in three dimensions, whose petals 14 can open and close by a mechanism which will be described below, the timepiece comprising this representation forms a set independent and autonomous, which can be designed and built independently, and be assembled on a movement, also built independently. In a preferred embodiment, the frame 10 of the timepiece is intended to be assembled laterally relative to the base movement, which optimizes the thickness of the watch formed by the piece of watchmaking according to the invention, assembled on the basic movement. It is also possible to provide to assemble the timepiece according to the invention and the base movement, with an angle between them, that is to say that the base of the base movement is not in an identical or parallel plane, relative to the plane of the frame 10. It can thus have an assembly that conforms to the contour of a wrist. To actuate the petals 14 forming the representation of the flower 12, each petal 14 is movably mounted on an axis of rotation 16 disposed parallel to the plane of the frame 10. Each petal 14 also comprises a drive portion 18 comprising a board perpendicular to the plane of the frame 10 and provided with a set of teeth 18a concentric with the axis of rotation of the petal 14. To drive the petals 14 and more particularly their drive portion 18, a drive plate 20 is rotatably mounted in a plane parallel to the plane of the frame 10. This drive plate 20 comprises, on one of its faces, striations. helical 22, in which are engaged the teeth 18a of the petals 14. The drive board 20 also includes a toothing 23 to drive it in rotation, but it could also be driven by a pinion mounted integral. The drive plate 20 forms a kind of endless screw, transposed in a plane, in the form of "endless board". Advantageously, this configuration not only makes it possible to synchronously drive the various petals 14, but it also allows an optimization at the mechanical level and for the bulk. Indeed, with conventional perpendicular gears, it would take three motions to convert a rotation of the power board 20 about an axis perpendicular to the plane of the frame 10, to a rotation about an axis parallel to the plane of the frame 10 and oriented in a tangential direction, relative to the axis of rotation of the power board 20. As can be seen in FIG. 1, the petals 14 are fixed on an arm 18b that includes the drive portion 18. The length of the arm 18b, more particularly the distance between the attachment of the petal 14 to the arm 18b and the axis of rotation 16, can be different between two petals 14 neighbors, so that the petals 14 neighbors, when in the closed position, overlap at least partially. Preferably, there will be an even number of petals 14, to have N petals 14 and N interior 14 petals, when the flower 12 is closed. Preferably, the drive board 20 comprises a helicoid by petal 14, for a better conduct of the petals 14. In a preferred embodiment, the drive plate 20 is mounted in a retrograde manner. Thus, when the drive board 20 rotates in a first direction, the point of contact between the drive board 20 and the drive portion 18 of the petals 14 moves away from the center of the drive board 20, which opens the petals 14 and bring the flower in the open position. When the drive board 20 rotates in the second direction, the point of contact between the power board 20 and the drive portion 18 of the petals 14 is close to the center of the power board 20, which closes the petals 14 and brings the flower in closed position. This configuration makes it possible to keep a motor board 20 of limited size. It would also be possible, with a larger motor board 20, to have a helicoid which, 180 ° away from the center and 180 °, approaches it, to have the opening and closing of the flower with a rotation of the power board 20 in one direction. Although we can provide a system for automatically triggering the rotation of the drive board 20, a preferred embodiment that participates in obtaining a simple construction to address the aforementioned technical problem, proposes to implement an organ control (not shown) manual to trigger the passage of the flower 12 from its first position to its second position. The control member may be a pusher or a sliding latch on the periphery of the timepiece. The passage of your flower 12 from its second position to its first position may be automatic, in particular but not exclusively with a pusher. The control member is arranged to supply energy to the first energy source when triggering the passage of the flower from its first position to its second position. The first energy source is arranged to restore at least partially the energy supplied during the trigger, so as to move the flower from its second position to its first position. Advantageously, especially for simplicity of implementation, the first energy source may be a leaf spring. To regulate the return of energy stored by the first energy source, the timepiece comprises a non-visible speed controller, which can be kinematically connected to the petals 14 by a kinematic chain. The regulator can be of any type known to those skilled in the art, inertia! or friction, or exhaust type. The kinematic chain preferably comprises a unidirectional drive system, arranged so that the speed regulator and the petals 14 are not kinematically connected during the passage of the flower 12 from its first position to its second position. Thus, the cruise control is disengaged during opening of the flower and engaged during closing, regulating the energy supplied by the first energy source. Additionally, the timepiece may further comprise, in the center of the flower, a rotatable member driven by the first energy source when the flower 12 is in the open position. This movable element is not shown, but it can be mounted at a tube 24, visible in FIG. 2, with a kinematic connection rotating it, either via the power board 20, or directly from the first power source. One can also provide a closing delay mechanism, arranged so that the petals 14, when they have reached their second extreme position, and the flower 12 is in the open position, remain there for a predetermined period , before being trained towards their first extreme position. This can be achieved, in particular, by a drive system with a cooperation between a finger and a light in which the finger can move, which makes it possible to have, for example at the end of the opening phase, a dissociation between a driving element linked to the first energy source, and a driven element, linked to the petals 14, so that they remain in the open position until the driven and driving elements are kinematically linked again. In the case of a lock type control member, the passage of the flower from its second to its first position can also be manual. One could even do without a first source of energy in the timepiece. [0025] Thus is proposed a timepiece that allows to have a very aesthetic representation of a flower 12 in three dimensions, whose petals 14 open and close off the plane, while limiting the thickness of the assembly obtained and having a technically and industrially optimized assembly.
